COVID-19 Statement

As the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19 continues to evolve, we wanted to assure you that we are fully committed to the health and safety of our clients and employees.  We have in place well-established plans to minimise the disruption to our work and our client service during this period of uncertainty.  We have clear business continuity plans on which all of our staff are trained.  These plans are reviewed and tested on an annual basis.

Our offices remain open at present but we would ask that clients limit non-essential visits to ensure the safety of all.  Books and records should continue to be forwarded or made available to us for programmed work to ensure that normal compliance dates are met. As always, our team are available and more than happy to discuss client matters over the telephone or via email.  We are also advancing our remote access capabilities to allow employees and clients to interact without the need to travel.  Client meetings can also be facilitated via conference facility.  We are taking all responsible hygiene precautions at our offices and we would ask all visitors do the same and use the hand sanitizers provided immediately upon arrival.

We have advised our employees if they have any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in close contact with anyone who has symptoms or has recently returned from a highly infected area, to stay at home and seek immediate medical advice.  We would request that our clients also follow this advice and cancel their appointments in those circumstances.  We are happy to rearrange appointments and we will do our best to accommodate all clients.  If there are any alterations to appointment we will of course, inform clients as soon as reasonably possible.

We will continue to monitor the situation as matters progress and we will be following the latest advice from Government and Health professionals.  Your co-operation and understanding is appreciated during this time.

If the situation arises where our offices do have to close, we have procedures in place to enable our team to work remotely from home and we will endeavour to minimise the disruption to our clients as far as practically possible.  We will continue to update you on the specific steps that we are taking as this situation develops.

If you have any questions in relation to this then please do not hesitate to contact us on 02844 616321/ 02890 316950/ 02891 814557 or info@mbmcgrady.co.uk.
